Thesis Statement
Yes, I agree that some
people
think that a
person
can never
understand
a
culture
of the
country
unless they speak the
language
.
Understanding
a
culture
goes beyond the
language
; it involves a deep appreciation of history, traditions, values, and societal norms. While
language
is undoubtedly a crucial aspect of cultural understanding, claiming that one can never
understand
a
culture
without speaking its
language
oversimplifies the complexities of cultural exchange. Firstly, cultural practises are done by the
people
of
it's
own
country
. No other
people
of another
country
can perform well than the
people
of
it's
own. Rarely, some
people
could do it. A
person
s/he
need
to put the amount of time and effort more than anyone else. Compared to the native's a
person
cannot perform better even
tho
s/he speaks the
country
language
. Secondly, s/he might enjoy the
culture
by spectating the performance
but
they cannot
understand
what's
going on. A
person
don't
have a clue about the details of the event going on. If a
person
comes to a
country
knowing the
language
then s/he could have an easy conversation
between
the locals. But if they start to study the
country
's
culture
they cannot do it. Learning a
culture
is not easy as learning a
language
. You should have
a great knowledge
about
it's
history first.
