are usually more skilled and experienced in doing their job, than younger generation. As a result, they tend to work faster and effective, which can be very crucial for the quality of produced labour. Another benefit is that aging
population can share their experience and knowledge with youngsters, and even exchange views and opinions with them. This can help to maintain diversity and places
for growth for everyone in the work

.On the other hand, a great part of older
people
is often not so open and enthusiastic towards younger individuals, due to various stereotypes. In the end
this can noticeably affect the youngsters' mental and physical health and therefore the quality and quantity of their labour. Another disadvantage is that conditions in some jobs are not suitable for elderly individuals, especially in the fields, which involve a lot of physical activity. Performing in this
types of areas at the older ages may lead to health problems and even further disabilities.To sum up, although keeping your labour

at the elder ages seems very progressive for many people
, it has its flaws. Personally, I believe that we should not restrict aging
population from working; however, humans should be aware of the possible risks of this lifestyle.
