The essay addresses the causes and solutions of water scarcity effectively, but lacks specific examples to strengthen the argument. Grammar and vocabulary are generally good, though more variety in sentence structures and advanced vocabulary could enhance the essay further.

I will examine the causes of this trend and the potential solutions. One of the main roots is that a lot of factories and big corporations have been using a
great amount
of usable water, in order to produce various goods. In other words, too many water resources often go to manufacturing instead of the households and other individuals’ necessities. To tackle this problem
the government should bring in a law, which can limit the amount of potable water that companies use for production of their items.Another reason is that many sources
with
drinkable water are polluted with microplastics or toxic chemicals, due to the lack of the control organisations in these regions. As a result, the resources from these places usually are
not suitable for peoples’ daily needs. A way forward might be for the government to subsidise the organisations that can clean these areas and regularly check the quality of water. To sum up, this is truly a worrying issue, and unless the government and corporations take responsibility and solve this issue, the world will suffer from the lack of potable and usable water even further. Personally, I believe that although it is a serious threat for us, with the help of the political structures, it can be minimised.
