Thesis Statement
There
has been
developments in the
rural
areas
where different projects were given a budget used for the building of infrastructures and better services. It is but fair
that
little by
little
places away from the city
center
are
leveling
up and becoming more
modern
which leads to many benefits. However, with these changes, downsides cannot be avoided.
One evident benefit of the developments seen in the
rural
areas
is that there will be more job opportunities,
to
new graduates and even
under graduates
. Due to the new and developed infrastructures, employees are needed to man these business, thus giving way to residents to be financially secured once employed. If shopping malls are to be put up in urban
areas
, a lot of individuals would no longer need to travel distances and be away from their loved ones. They can just grab the opportunity to apply in this
new big
malls in their
area
. In addition, tourism will also blossom , making theses
rural
areas
famous worldwide. This will attract
tourists
which will result
to
financial gain
of
a certain town.
On the other hand, big buildings and other kinds of infrastructures as well as the rise of tourists will add to the pollution of the environment. Not to mention, noise pollution, water pollution and air pollution. And so, careful planning must be done before these developments should take place. A
seemingly idea
of improving the quality of life, might lead to an added dilemma and stress to entities living in
rural
areas
.
