The majority of the people believed that to
become
a successful specialist
, it is suggested to choose a career
early in life
and never change it later. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this statement because it helps us to focused
on one purpose and gain some beneficial by only becoming
a specialist
.First of all, determining a
career
in the early stage of life
could provide a clear focus and direction. Person who commits their life
to one particular field have more time to develop their skill and expertise. For instance, an individual who likes playing football and practice everyday
can dedicate their life
only by playing football and simultaneously building their experience. Furthermore, by focusing
on long-term allows for a deeper
understanding of the field, enhancing their proficiency and recognition as a specialist
.On the other hand, by
becoming
a specialist
, there are lots
of benefits that we could look upon. One of the benefit
is people appreciate specialist skills and
they reward it by offering a lot
of money. For example, a doctor who cures a very complicated disease can gain a bunch of money. The doctor can use the fund to do everything that they need and want. Additionally, by being a specialist
, required a less training since they are already extensively trained in their majors.In conclusion, choosing a

and never change it later offers us a lot
of privilege by only focused
on one path and earning many kinds of merits by being a specialist
