The fitness industry has grown extensively in the past decade, but the majority of
people
are still unfit
and
lack physical strength compared to the past. A Busy lifestyle and consumption of fast
food
are the two primary reasons for this issue. To address this problem,
people
need to maintain a balanced lifestyle and prepare their
food
at home. This essay will further elaborate on the root causes of the prevailing issue and propose possible solutions.
To begin with, the working-class
people
have busy work schedules and thus less
time
to prepare
food
at home, leaving no
time
for fitness and increasing their intake of restaurant meals. Nowadays,
individuals
spend around 8 to 12 hours at their offices and workplaces, and as a result, leaving them with no energy to engage in exercises or weight training at gyms. In
additions
to this, the fast-paced life has forced many
individuals
to rely on junk meals or restaurants due to lack of
time
for cooking for themselves. Therefore,
individuals
are consuming significantly more processed
food
and are engaging less with physical
actitivities
compared to the past.
