and on the other side argues that skills need to be gained through effort.The first point mentioned here is about a college degree and its benefits for obtaining a

students learn the needed information to be able to work in that specific field. They study all various angles of their potential work and can perform better in the job
. For example, Most occupations related to the healthcare domain include a lot of information and sources and the person working in that field can not
make errors because they are dealing with human lives and well-being. Their mistakes will not be accepted and can ruin many families involved in that situation.On the other part of the argument, some think that developing practical skills can be

beneficial. Some data and findings can only be obtained through spending time in the field. In addition, People with more
soft skills can resolve the issues faster and easier. They are more
confident and reliable in the eradication of the problems.In conclusion, I
completely
agree that a degree is necessary for certain jobs
and is not negotiable. But other occupations can be performed expertly through practice and trying hard.
