higher
education
is essential for a successful career
while other
believes
practical
skills
and expertise are more crucial. However
, I believe that practical
skills
and experience
outweigh the importance of higher
education
for a successful career. As education
provides theoretical knowledge, having hands-on experience
will put anyone in front of the crowd.People with
practical
skills
are confident in their work, resulting in work efficiency and time
-saving. For instance, if a recent
high
school graduate joins the office and is given a task to complete, he will use his theoretical knowledge at the very first, make a few experiments, and later on develop himself to complete the task; which is
time
-consuming.
However
, if a task is given to a person with experience
, he will not need to experiment; instead, he will complete his work based on his experience
with the right skills
resulting in saving time
. Similarly, no employers will prefer a person with only a higher
degree without experience
. Instead, they will prefer someone with experience
and no higher
degree. To support this idea, one can take an example of any modern business, where they take a skills
test at the interview. Since the time
is evolving, people must also cope with the continuous development of the society. One must focus on developing practical

to have a successful career.All in all,

is a must in today's world. one
can easily sell oneself in the market with relatable skills
