.Landing a stable job is something that everyone wishes to have, while

scenario is another thing. For others, this is beneficial for the reason that the competition among employees
drive them to achieve and finish their task in a timely manner. Perhaps, it also aids in cultivating good working
ethics among staff. This does not only benefit the workers, but as well as the top management.On the other hand, there have been some studies, that proves the increase in the stress level of
employees
due to strict management, which leads to brain drain and mental health issues. Some employers push their workers to the limit, resulting to
work-life imbalance. A supposedly 8-hour job, seems not enough, and so working
overtime cannot be avoided. Moreso
, impossible deadline is given for a certain task, which puts more pressure to the one involved. In worst
scenarios, employers ask their employees
to bring home office work, setting aside their resposibility
at home, thus, resulting to
turmoil among family members.In conclusion, it is true that a competitive
working
place can motivate employees
to always do more than what is expected of them. Meanwhile, mental stress is something that is unavoidable in this kind of work setting. Perhaps, human resource together with the top management of any company or agency should always monitor their colleagues, whether they are excelling in their task or not. Give monetary rewards or even a simple plaque can be very beneficial and humane.
