. The biggest advantage they have for this is that the students
can learn
the specifics topics
they want and,
the disadvantage
is that they forget about essential topics
they do not like.Being able to choose the
topics
you really want
to learn
is the most powerful advantage the online
education can provide to someone that want
to learn
something throughout
online
courses. Learning
interesting things for yourself is the fastest way to understand and be motivated to learn
about something. Furthermore, this method would encourage you to investigate and be more courios
around the topic
. From my experience
, I have gone through this with pyshics
when I was at
high school. Back then, I used to love this subject, so I could appreciate how physics was easy for me and not for my classmates.The major
disadvantage

could cause, is that this could let the students
erase from their memory very important
information. If this customizable tool does not have any kind of regulation, the students
can just allways
skip those crucial aspects for their studies. Taking this into account, customers of the online
platforms would be in disadvantage
compared to other people in some exclusive areas or aspects in
their working life. As an example, not just related to the studies, even in your daily life, you can see how people that do not like to do
some stuff
and others do, you can see the difference between those and
experience
which one is better at something than others.
In conclusion, there are advantages and
disadvantages
for the adaptative online
learning tools. Such as being easier to understand and getting better in
the stuff you like and, in
the other hand, let the students
skip some of the most important topics
they need to know.
