Thesis Statement
Most of the rural

One major problems caused by inadequate
public

areas

illterate
because they

systems
. Due to lack of proper transportation, they are

Governments

public
transport
systems

governments
can address key issues such as overcrowding, inefficiency, and
aging
infrastructure

In conclusion, inadequate
public
transport
in rural
areas
contributes significantly to higher illiteracy rates and hinders
economic
development by limiting access to education and job opportunities. Without reliable transportation, many individuals are isolated from essential

governments
to allocate more funds towards improving
public
transport
