. With the current strong social media networks, governments can easily promote
their festivals
and other television programs as a documentaries
around the world
to attract tourism. So, boot tourism directly strength the economy of the country
. As a
example, the Songkran festival
in Thailand is a very popular festival
not only in Thailand, but around the world
. During the month of April, thousands of tourists come to Thailand to enjoy the water games which is part of Songkran. Additionally, our modern younger generation is not much care about their own cultural values. If the government could promote
these cultural values, that will be beneficial to the new and coming generations to know their roots.There are numerous commercial advantages of
promoting
culture
, however , we cannot negate those disadvantages. One of the main impacts is cultural damages. As example, promoting
national heritage sites get lots of people visiting those sites damage those valuable monuments. Because some times
, if foreigner's visit their, but they do not value the as locals.In conclusion, I believe
promoting
culture
is good. But there should be Strick regulations impose to protect the values of the cultures
