Many experts urge the general public to

a diverse diet, as it is essential to maintaining
a good body
and health. Wide range of nutrition includes
a meal plan that consist
of varied meats, fruits, oils, and vegetables. Failing to follow a diverse eating plan can lead to many serious and chronic diseases. A person can easily maintain a mixed eating regimen through exploring and including
foods
from different
cultures. This essay will further elaborate on issues caused by a lack of dietary diversity and the possible solutions.To begin with, insufficient
food
variety can led
to cardiovascular diseases and malnutrition. Consuming
a certain type of food
on regular
basis results in deficiency of vitamins and other essential nutrition in the body
, which might potentially lead to malnutrition and obesity. For instance, a report by Indian
agency reflected that around 73% of Indians do not consume
their daily requirement of protein due to the dietary habits and preferences. Thus, many are suffering from deteriorating bone density and obesity due to the increased intake of carbohydrates. Therefore, it becomes extremely important
for a person to include
various sources of protein, fats, and vitamins to support different
needs of the body
parts.However, this issue can be easily addressed by incorporating
foods
from different
cultures. Every cuisine follows seperate
unique cooking method, resulting in usage
of diverse
array of ingredients. This would promote apperciation
to varied cuisines, along with broadening of dietary choices. For instance, individuals who primarly
consume
meats can expand their dietery
plan by including
cooking techniquies
from Chinese, Middle-eastern, and Indian styles. This will result in consumption of unique ingredients that are essential for optimal bodily functions. In additions to this, people should try and eat fruits from different
countries and regions.To conclude, lack of wide range of
foods
results in chronic and serious diseases, as body
lacks required vitamins, protiens
, and nutrition. Thus, it becomes important to incoporate

cultures and countries for widening the eating regimen.
