. Therefore, it is highly suggested that every government should take action to make a straight foward

public opinion by having department that represent voice

.Managing a great communication between the administration and the masses is one of
challenging
part for many governor
. Thus, a great and powerful nation should have at least few departmen that
carried
out people's aspiration toward the law
. This is becoming one of bridging dialogue to have a fair punishment for evey
criminal activites
in one country. For example, in Indonesia, there is one branches
of government that focusing on collecting aspiration from their folks called DPR. So, people felt more secure and grateful by having a places
or someone who in charge to
gathering their voices as consideration.Moreover, a

on the countries culture and characteristic. A decision maker ot
president should realize that every countries
in the world have
a different pathway to adapt their value based
on culture, religion or their citizen behaviour. For instance
like in Indonesia, every law

on the provision of religion without misappropriate the rules of religion and human rights. It is also related to the current situation whereas Indonesia becoming member
of world peace which need
to be based
on international juristic.As conclusion, I strongly believe that with a proper
