It is sometimes argued that individuals who are determined in their
career
prospects early in life and keep it for live long are likely to become a successful specialist. While I agree that rich work experience is a major factor for success
in career
, I still believe that changing
a career
from time
to time
can help one find their interests and lead them to success
.The option to
choose
a career
early in life and never change
it later can lead to professional success
. Undeniably, employees who are armed with professional knowledge in their chosen
fileds
are capable of dealing with complex issues in work and make greater contributions to the overall growth of an organization than those without. Meanwhile, employees with rich work experience are more likely to make innovations and drive the economy of a company, leading to their success
in career
. This is to say, choosing
a career
in university and working in related positions are conductive for a person to acquire both indepth
theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to be specialized. However, I would argue that other factors are equally important in becoming a successful specialist, and personal interest being one of the determiners. People are often more willing to allocate a considerable amount of their
time
and energy to what they show preferrence
for, and their dedication plays a pivotal role in determining whether they can become successful specialist. If teenagers chose
a major that they later find they are not interested in and work in related positions after graduation, it is impossible for them to be engaged and work hard in order to be expertised. However, changing
jobs from time
to time
may allow these people find the one they would persue
or have talent for. This would motivate them to acquire relavant
knowledge and to think in depth and encourage them to be specialist. In conclusion, while there are good reasons why having a clear
career
plan and never changing
jobs can contribute to career
success
, it seems to me that other factors like personal interest are also important consideration.
