. Although technological developments have increased due to internationalization, it has become the most dependable part for people. There are some benefits of technology as it smooths people's lives
but negative aspects like growing health issues cannot be neglected.To commence with the positive effects of
tehnical
era, the first and foremost point is that it has smoothen
every person's life
. To be specific, Individual can transfer important documents, files, data, and many more projects even in other countries within a few mintues
. They do not need to parcel thier
important documents and wait for them to be reached. It saves their money as well as their time. For example, according to a statistics data report made in India, 70% documents are being shared through Gmails, which previously have been used to send through postal services. Hence, technology have made human lives
much more easier
than in the past by saving their time and money.However, despite having a plethora of benefits, the more involvement of

instruments in folks' daily lives
has left them with detrimental health problems. To explain it, today, most of the population is doing work from home using computers, and laptops. They do not involve in any physical activities and spend most of thier
