In these modern times, some of the
employer
provides
training
to equipped their
employees
. However, there are people who believe that this is a waste of time, especially when the person
resign
to the
company
.
On the one hand, some
companies
invest in their
staff
by
providing
enough
seminars
and
workshop
that can produce a better and the best
employee
in the
company
. Furthermore, those
training
provided
by the management will benefit both the
company
and the
staff
. For instance, some private
employers
provide
the
microsoft
training
for all the
employees
to reduce backlogs and to help them to make their
task
easier. Also, they
provide
seminar
to their
staff
based on their needs, such as, public speaking
training
, managerial workshop and
other
trainings
that can help the
staff
to become productive in their job.
On the
other
hand,
there
some drawbacks of investing to
an
employees
. Firstly, when the
staff
resign
to
the
company
or transfer
in
the
other
industry. In
other
words, all the
trainings
will be useless. For instance, based on my experienced last 2020, my
employer
provides
me all the
trainings
and
seminars
, but at the end of the
year
I resigned since I got a new offer which is the highest salary.
it
can be noted that the resignation of the
employees
is one of the negative
impact
for
the
employers
.
In conclusion,
providing
enough
trainings
and
seminars
to
staff
will
improved
their productivity in the
company
. However, I believe that resignation is one of the biggest negative
factor
in investing in the
employees
.
