In these modern times, some of the companies
ask

employees
to answer queries
or
they
ask
the
staff
to go
in
the office
even
in
weekend
and
holidays
.
This essay will discuss
the advantages and disadvantages and a possible solution to rectify this issue.
On the one hand, there are employers who contact their
staff
even
in
holiday
. For instance, they
ask
the
employee
to
provide
a report or to send an email
even
in
holidays
.
Furthemore
, there are company who
ask
their
staff
to report in the office during
weekend
. However, there are
employees
who
is
happy in this
opporunity
. Firstly, they have the opportunity to earn more that can
provide
the
needs of their family. Finally, others believe that this the opportunity to get the promotion that they deserve.
On the other hand, there are
staff
who
preffered
not to work
in
weekend
and
holiday
because this is their time to spend with their families. For example, based on my experienced last 2020, my boss always
ask
me to
provide
a report
even
on
restday
. Moreover, I have set a meeting with him to discuss this issues and
provide
a
bounderies
that we need time with our families, although our job is vital to
provides
the need in our household. Also, on the day I
dicuss
the issues, the management approved my request to set
bounderies
on
weekend
.
To conclude, there are
staff
who is
ok
in
providing
the task or reporting in the office

in
weekend
and
holidays
. I firmly believe that company must
provide
a
bounderies
to all
employees
to promote a
work life
balance.
