Thesis Statement
In the recent years, many people change
thier
diet with
persnal
beliefs, to follow health advice from elder or medical professionals, and other factors. It impacts on them with advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, when
human
get a problem in heath
they
took
advices
from
thier
doctors to be cured. I have also changed my diet so many times like whenever I get sick or face problems
in
my
body
, I
took
medicines with doctor's suggestions avoid having
affectable
foods
in
that time. Which helped me to get my old fit
body
faster. One of my
aunt
is sugar patient, so she only eats
sugar free
foods
to maintain sugar in her
body
. I also have seen people not having onions and garlic by trusting that causes allergy in
thier
body
.
On the other hand, most of the person avoid heavy calories
foods
by believing that
causes
different health issues. For instance, gaining weight,
food
poison, and
diarrhea
are bad impacts of having junk
foods
and other oily meals. Talking about these impacts, whenever
i
have heavy fast
foods
, it makes me to go
rest room
again and again.
In conclusion, I believe that people change
thier
diet due to health issues, to maintain
thier
physical
body
and individual beliefs.
