.After the COVID-19 spreading around the world in 2019, the

platform has been more popular for business

and tranings
since it is help stop spreading of the disease. Furthermore, a training
online is cheaper than a physical event
which lead
to cheaper course fee. Having lower
course fee, it would attract more people
to join the class. Another benefit of online
events
can be convinent
because participants are not required to commute to the events
. For example, if the event
is located in another country, the participants will have to fly in which cost more time and money.On the other hand,

might cause a lack of physical interaction. The participant might not be able to read others body languages and could not understand whether they understand a topic that they are discussing. In addition, some people
might not be able to focus in

the whole time because they can turn off their camera and start doing something else while listening to the training
.In conclusion, the

have both good side
and down side
. It can be more convinent
