In recent
times
, people
are becoming more
educated and informed about the food they eat. Therefore
, the general public is extensively leaning towards organic
products
because it is free
from chemicals and is
environmental friendly compared
to
the non-organic
options. However
, the pesitiside-
free
produce
is genreally
expensive
than the processed vegetables and fruits
, as more
effort
and time
is needed to grow
the organic
produce
and
it perishes quicker.To begin with,
people
want the best nutrition for their body, and also choose the products
which are grown
through enviromental
friendly practices. Therefore
, individuals find organically grown
produce
as the best option because it is free
from the artificial enhancers and the agriculture of these crops causes no harm to the ecosystem. The biological vegetables are raised without pestisides
and growth injections, thus suitable and benifical
for human consumptions
. Furthermore, general
public is more
aware than ever about the toxic materials used in the agriculture and the harm these pesticides do the
the soil, water and animals. As a result
, people
are shifting towards organically cultivated fruits
due to the omittion
of man-made chemicals and fertilizers. In simple words, the natural
process of yield is the sustainable for both mankind and earth
.However
, additive-free
farming comes with the great effort
from farmers, thus
the products
are expensive
compared
to
the regular items
. The cultivation of the natural
fruits
takes more
time
and care, hence,
the labour demand is increased. As a result
, a farmer has to pay more
to the employees and divert more
funds towards the assets required
to take care of the produce
. Moreover, as these products
have no preservatives, they perishs
quicker compared
to
processed items
. Therefore
, the transportation and storage is more
complicated and sophisticated and requires
highly expensive
machinery to prevent quick decay.In
conclussion
, the growing
trend of consuming natural
products
is a direct result
of the health and environmental benefits these products
deliver. However
, the price of these organical
foods is higher than the regular shelf items
, as the effort
to grow
and store is costly and requires
sophisticated
techniquies
.
