do sports can
help us to be healthier, we can do any sports which we are good at such as, badminton, basket, or football. Some people say that, when doing sports and being sweaty is good but, we have to control the diet
as well. If we concern that just doing sport will make us strong but
we eat
everything such as junkfood
, soda, and etc in wrong way, it will be nothing. On this occasion, this is good to divide time of when to do sports and when to eat
.On the other hand,
diet
could also impact to the healthness
. If consume food not in a proper way then
it could lead to serious disease such diarrhea
, stomach acid, and etc and
it could probably break our immune systems. As stated, both diet
and sports are sustainable. A simple example, if wee
eat
too much noodle
, do not do sports, and sleep all day would make us injured for stomach acid. They way how to prevent this is, at least to sit or to do light activities suchs washing
dishes or clean
the house. We have to give at least some times
for our body to process the food.In conclusion, we have to pay attention to what we
eat
more rather than doing exercise, on the contrary, it is alright to give more attention to the sports activities but

forget to manage the

, it

be balanced.
