Paragraph 1 Issues:
In my opinion, I believe that the
teachers
who were born during the
times where
the technology and the internet were at its highest, back when it was created, are the ones who adapt the best to
online
teaching
platforms, meanwhile the
teachers
who were born during the
times where
the internet was nothing but a fairytale, are the ones who struggle the most to adapt to
online
teaching
platforms, leaving their ''antique
'
' manual
teaching
methods behind.
Although, I believe that this
doesn't
apply to all, considering that if a
teacher
who is not really used to technology, really puts all their effort to
learn
how to control and take advantage of it, the results would definitely be
succesful
.
For example, in a school where
teachers
' ages are mostly up to
50-60
years old, the chances of them deeply knowing about
online
teaching
is really low, but if a person who does have the knowledge about the internet and
online
teaching
makes a course for these
teachers
on how to comprehend
online
teaching
, it would relatively ease the process.
Paragraph 2 Issues:
So, the support I think they need to improve could possibly be a weekly
online
teaching
course, started by a person who possesses the knowledge about this subject, held in
a
empty classroom perhaps, where all the
teachers
who lack the ability to adapt to
online
teaching
platforms slowly adjust themselves to it, not completely leaving their manual
teaching
methods behind, but rather getting the capacity to transform their classes, just in case, leaving the institutions with
teachers
who hold the capacity to teach both online and in a classroom.
Of course, not every
teacher
worldwide has the enough economical level to acquire a technological device for
online
teaching
, so, the governments worldwide could play an important role here, possibly giving their countries' school a minimum of one technological device per
teacher
, merely for
online
educational purposes, this, mainly for the countries that hold the lowest economy levels, for example the poorest countries in Africa, such as Burundi, South Sudan or Mozambique.
