increasing reason is people prefering

are shifting toward online
talks rather than physical presence because of various reasons and difficulties .Online
meting in large organization is rather seen time saving
which is why they are practising it in various effective ways. It helps employer to attend conference freely from any corner of the world. It boost
employer
to be handy with the equipment from the training they get at online.furthermore
, it decreases the the
distance between the office and home as it can be attend
from anywhere .As it

many advantage
, it got several negative aspect
. Many people are still unable to use technology
