High salaries do attract people of talent and usually
results
to
better
company
performance
. Although this does improve overall
performance
, it tends to create problems socially
amongst
workers
.
As workplaces and
business
tend to be competitive,
companies
higher
only the best of the
best
as this plays a vital role in
overall
performance
of the business. The more set or skills and better results
also
come at a cost.
Companies
would increase their pay if it would benefit them. This would
also
increase competitiveness as
other
employees would
work
harder as to be able to acquire the same salary as a skilled
one
which would
also
help in advancing their skills.
On the
other
hand
this could
also
put off
other
workers
as it would feel unfair to get paid less while
working
the same position.
This could
also
cause
other
workers
to feel as
tho
they are not as
usefull
as well demotivate them as they could feel as they are not getting paid enough for the work they
do
which could result
to
them
working
their bare minimum.
This can cause jealousy
amonst
the
work force
which could lead to more issues towards the future.
Although it may cause issues within a work environment, people
work
hard for their talent and should be paid accordingly for their level of skills. In order to obtain the best final product, a
company
must be at their top requirements and these require top talent, and
its
only right to increase a salary based
of
a
workers
performance
.
