more motivation, they would begin to feel visible. This sense of visibility would make them feel more appreciated and thus more willing to stay and work. The company

start doing job
rotations, team projects, or delegation. They could also

out bonuses or commissions.Job rotations are used to make sure their
jobs
are not boring, and it could improve
their skill set. Team projects are vital for a company
's communication because, team projects will improve the communication between each department, resulting in fewer mistakes made. Delegation is where the manager gives
their workload to an employee
. By doing so, the employee
would feel more important and motivated
which will increase the business' productivity. Not only does it benefit the employee

helps the manager identify which employees
