Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required.

way to improve public health is changing overtime and depends on the country
situation. Some country
may find medical facility is the priority and can have significant impact
while other
may find gymnasium is the best
solution to this goal.
