employees
in developed
nations, where laws
regarding labor
can be less strick

is a big problem
mainly in the third-world countries
. Many employers tend to seek for employees
in developed
countries
for the cost reduction reasons. If your company is based in Europe
you are required to ensure fair paid
salaries among all your counterparts. However, if you decide to build your company in developed
nation
you can halved
your spending or even pay
less than a minium wage. Not only that, but most of the individuals are kids, who are forced to work several hours per day in inhuman circumastances
. Good
example could be a case from Bangladesh in 2013, where the whole factory collapsed and killed 1000 people
.There are several solutions that can help with this issue.
Firtly
, it is important to make an international law

hours
which will lead to better work

from developed

, they will have to pay
the same amount as they will pay
for employees
in their country
. Thirdly, global organisations should ensure the guality
of work
enviroment
is not harmful for their workers
and provide clean space for them.To conclude, in our globalised
world
many people
hire people
from developed
countries
, where work
laws
are not as strick
as they are in their country
which leads to exploitation of workers
. Consequently, employees
are usually working in a very bad
work
conditions and are not getting wage from their hard work
. One of the solution
could be work
hour law
, that will be colectivelly
valid, equal salaries and as well as to provide good work
enviroment
.
