who was a fresh graduate at the time, secured a huge, job opportunity in Asia, even though he was struggling to find

he was residing.This

that globalisation has a substantial, positive effect on the inhabitants.
Another, essential privilege is improved quality of
life
, as it allows the person access to diverse environments to thrive in and has better living conditions. For instance: immigrants immigrate to other estates, even though their country is not life
dangering. Lastly, globalisation paves the way for international collaboration in distinct necessary aspects, with the aim of constant advancing. This is indicated in internationally worked-on, technological projects with successful execution rates.However, it is believed by some that global integration leads to crucial disadvantages,
such as
re-introducing classism. It reinforces discrimination in terms of financial status and disrupts societal fariness
. In addition, it causes unstable connections between people, as a vital part of the human bond is formed and maintained on shared real-life
experiences. So, when a friend or a family member moves to a far place, it is logical that he/she will lose contact with some of their friends.In summary, universality has challenging drawbacks on societies,
such as
class discrimination and unsteady relationships , yet it does not outweigh the significant advantages
it provides, like enhanced welfare, global partnership, new opportunities, and cultural proficiency. Thus, devising solutions for those shortcomings is critical, because
halting global unification is not a solution.
