platforms are popular nowadays and are used for advertisement and a great avenue to attract potential customers. However, the use of
social
media
has its own benefits as well as downsides.
We are now living in a
fast paced
community, thus, important responsibilities aside from our job such as purchasing groceries for the family or even shopping have been quite difficult for some because of lack of free time and energy to do so after an
8 hour
job.
That is why, internet has been very helpful for these busy individuals. One can grab their phone, connect to the internet and open any
social
media
application which offers different kinds of advertisement
to
certain
products
. In turn, more and more
sellers
advertise their
products
online because they can reach more customer not only in one location but perhaps worldwide. In addition, there is no need for these businessmen to pay rent for a physical store. All they need is a
high speed
internet and their phone. One good example is
Tiktok
, where live selling is predominant.
However, we
can't
ignore the fact that selling online
products
also has its disadvantages.
Sellers
cater to anyone engaged on their platform
online, thus,
bogus buyers
can't
be avoided. These miners of online
products
could use dummy accounts to buy something, letting the
seller
believe that they are legit buyers.
In conclusion,
social
media
advertising has advantages that
benefits
both
sellers
and consumers. The disadvantages are evident
but
it can be avoided by being more cautious and knowledgeable in negotiating online.
