Despite the fact that remote
education
has transformed the learning process in the recent years
making it more accessible than ever before, some might argue that it is not as consistent as traditional methods of teaching. This essay will explore the importance of online learning and the reasons why i
agree that it lacks the quality
offered by physical classes
.It is undeniable that learning on the internet has increased the accessibility of science and culture to students from around the globe. Nowadays, it is common to find people attending online
classes
in western universities while living in the opposite side of the world. This ensures the spread of science and culture among indvividuals
worldwide. In addition, remote education
provides cheaper options for those who cannot afford traditional classes
. To illustrate, international students have to consider multiple costs when studying abroad, such as accomodation
, food, and travelling prices. That is not the case when online education
is in the equation, as it only requires the payment of the tuition fees.On the other hand, there is criticism to that style of learning. Firstly, it is quite challenging for individuals to stay consistent, especially when all of the available communication is
vritual
. Students might feel demotivated due to the lackage
of interpersonal interactions. Moreover, the quality
of the content can easily be affected. It becomes impossible to fullfil
the needs of the class
attendees if the subject requires hands on
experience or instant feedback from a mentor. Therefore, virtual classes
has
limited options and can provide lower quality
compared to normal physical classes
.In conclusion, although remote
education
has benefited people around the world with cheaper and more accessible options, it is rightfully criticised for its deacreased
quality
and consistency.
