is one of the essential aspects of our

society

. It is what brings the

society

together to share the richness of social integrity, inviting everyone to experience the

culture

to the fullest. This initiative is taken by

people

of the

society

to protect our cultural values and traditions from extinction. However, a number of argue that cultural projects should receive significant

government

funding while, others

believe

these projects should be financially independent. In this essay, we are going to tackle the various perspectives of

people

on this matter.

The

government

is known to be the backbone of the

society

, they are the ones who guide and protect the

people

of the

community

, therefore

it's

also their responsibility to take a stand and protect the

culture

and its virtue.

As the responsibility to the

society

of the

community

, the

government

must give

hand

in restoring the

culture

and funding the

culture

program

, as

its

not only for

individuals

but

it's

for the welfare of the whole

community

as this strengthens and vitalizes

community

ties.

Conversely, a number of

people

prefer funding this project independently. As firstly, they

believe

that this would be more innovative since there

won't

be sets of

limitation

and

individuals

can go as creative as they can. Secondly, it would be more efficient as there

won't

be any restrictions

and

it can move more swiftly than with

government

's support. And lastly, direct support, there

won't

be any third person, which is why funding would go directly to the main person handling.

In conclusion, I

believe

that the initiative must be taken by the

government

on the contrary with equal involvement of

people

. Both

government

and

individual

have their own pros and cons when it comes to the sustainability, resources and oversight of the

program

. Notwithstanding that, if they both work together cordially, they might find a way out of this. I strongly

believe

that cultural

program

is not only for the

government

or the

individuals

of the

community

it's

for the welfare of all beings living and contributing in this

community
