Good Morning. I am Joshua, from Indonesia and

planning on staying at your
hotel
for the next couple of days, as listed on
these
receipt and order confirmation
below:

However,
i
'm
aware that your
hotel
is currently
on
renovation
process.
Upon
ariving
at 10:30 (estimated time),
there's
a
few construction worker
outside your
hotel
lobby, and despite your front office employee telling me that the renovation
won't
affect the experience of me staying here that much,
i
was quite bothered by the sound and few bits of debris coming from the construction material.
The pool area is also closed,
whila
some of the parking space was taken by your construction material carrier vehicle. The room was clean and overall fine, but the disturbing sound can be bothersome, especially when
i
don't
know how much you guys planning on renovating and also the working hours of the renovation. I am deeply amused and
dissapointed
of this issue, and would like to get a full refund, as
i
am not going to stay at your
hotel
. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
