Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to ask for a claim for my house. In nearly last month, several walls in my house were leaking due to massive rain and
thunderstroms
. I think the roof is also not in a good condition as it used to. Because when it rains,
i
can hear some
sort of a
sound it
makes
proofing that the roof is not so sturdy
anymore
. In my bathroom there are cracked walls as
well
making my bathroom looks untidy and unaesthetic.
I tried to fix it by using sealant liquid all over my walls and roof, but unfortunately this problem still occurs. Please tell me every documentation I need to address this issue, as I am your new joined client and have no experience. Therefore, please also provide me a guide / policy about how the claim processes
works
so
I can prepare either I have to move first or I can still stay at my house.
Regards,
Mary Brown
