The letter addresses all the bullet points but lacks the required formality. Grammar is mostly accurate with a good range of structures. Coherence and cohesion are adequate but could be improved with better transitions. Lexical resource is sufficient but could be more varied.

Hi there,
I hope
you're
doing well! My name's Ed, and I saw your ad in the local newspaper about a part-time job at your
bookstore
. I wanted to drop you a quick note to say
I'm
really
interested in the job and would love to tell you why
I'd
be a great fit.
First off, I love
books
!
I've
always been a bookworm, and the idea of
working
in a
bookstore
sounds
amazing
. Getting to be around
books
and helping people find their next great read is something
I'd
really enjoy.
As for my experience,
I've
worked
at a small library before, where I got to organize
books
and help visitors find what they were looking for. I also volunteered at a school library, where I helped kids pick out
books
and ran some fun literary events. These experiences have given me a good handle on what it takes to
work
in a
bookstore
.
I'm
available for an interview anytime next week. Just let me know what
works
best for you, and
I'll
be there
!
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Ed
