The letter addresses all tasks but lacks a formal tone and has several grammatical errors. Improved coherence and a more varied vocabulary would enhance the response.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I hope you are doing well. The French session, I registered
for
is going to start next week. I needed to learn this language necessarily as I am moving to Qubeac city in January. I also wanted to enhance my multi-language skills; therefore, I enrolled in your session.
But, I recently got a job offer letter from the city I was thinking to move. They took my interview last day, and today I signed the joining letter because it is my dream job in
IT
sector. Consequently, I have to join my position as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot be enrolled in French classes any more. There is no doubt, your institute is the best in teaching skills and always remain my favourite.
I request you to let me know the procedure
of
unsubscribing from the classes and refund. However, I also want you to let me provide with the information if there will be any online session in the future. I will definitely join them.
