Greetings. I hope this E-Mail finds you healthy and well.

Recently, I have bought a laptop from an online store, namely 'Store B'.

I had expected it to come unscathed and with little to no

issue

whatsoever, unfortunately, after opening the package and turning the device on, the touchpad's sensitivity

wasn't

working very well like how it was intended to, as well as the LCD screen being unclear and blurry.

I have tried to resolve these

issues

by restarting the laptop multiple times, wiping the screen clear if it were because of dust or any other particles,

but yet

issues

still remain the same just

the first time I had gotten my hands on it.

please

give me

an advice

or suggestion to

fix

issues

I have with my laptop. If nothing cannot salvage the
