Good Afternoon, Dr. A,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge about my condition after consuming the new medication you gave me 3 days ago. In the first 2 days, I
felt
well enough and able to do my daily activities as usual. But today, something was wrong. In this morning, after I woke up, I suddenly felt
so dizzy and
I could not get up from my bed. As I write this letter, I still stuck on
my bed and feeling
so weak. I am worried if this would be the side effect after I took
the medicine.I hope you could give me some suggestions or also
advices
for me to manage this effect. Perhaps, you could give me a list so
I can get my strength back. I felt
so uncomfortable right now since nothing I can do, instead of laying on my bed. Therefore, I will really appreciate your help.I also have a concern whether this medication is the right thing

me due to the effect I have experienced this morning
