Dear management,
Hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing
you
to request days off from November 11th to November 15th.
I understand that I am asking for a week off, and not everyone in the office has this privilege. However, it will be greatly appreciated since the sporting event I am participating in is highly important for me and my personal goals. Being a part of this sports team is dramatically important for me and my performance at work. I can ensure, that work will not have any negative impact due to the fact I am on the top of my priority tasks. And also, I am ahead of the tasks we were discussing last week with the board of directors.
I have attached the claim, kindly let me know if you would like further discussion
and
please let me know your decision.
Thank you in advance,
Waiting forward
for
your response.
