Dear landlord,
I am writing to express my interest
about
your apartments
which were located near the 113 street NW in Calgray.I saw your advertisements on the social media application when I was safariing the internet. My old home had been suitable to me, until the property manager rose the rent without any notification.
I am keen on a place where I could have my own underground car park, which
allow
my car to stays
away from the snow and ice in winter. Because last winter, I suffered from turning on my car on every morning.I would appreciate it if you can send me the price and other leasing details to me. Hence, I did not check the renting agreements clearly last time, so I have to make sure it will not happen twice.
Furthermore, It could be helpful if you can introduce the community to me,such as where is the closest shopping centre and playground? So I can fit in this neighbourhood quicker.
