The letter addresses all tasks but has several grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. Coherence and cohesion are generally good, but some transitions are abrupt. Vocabulary is adequate but could be more varied and precise.

Dear Tommy,
I have not heard anything about you since you migrate to UK last year. How is
you
life ?
I have moved to a new house recently. My house consists of a dining room, a sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a toilet. I like the dining room most because it is spacious and
cozy
. There is a modern square table, made of steel and glass, which provides a space for us to gather and share our joy. Right on the top of it hanged an elegant chandelier which is eye-catching and elevates the space.
However, I
use to
stay in my bedroom which contains a cushioned single bed and a working table with a bookshelf. I can play computer games or listen to music there.
My new house is located in Wanchai. My family and I move to there because it is near the heart of Hong Kong Island. There are many shops nearby so that I can buy things at
anytime
.
However, since it is an urban area, the noise is rather distressing. I cannot concentrate unless I close all windows. Anyway, it is difficult to have something flawless. Each decision has both pros and cons, hasn't it ?
Look forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Samson
