Overall Feedback

The letter effectively describes the new house and its features, explains the choice of location, and shares impressions of the neighborhood. However, there are minor grammatical errors and some areas where vocabulary could be more varied. The coherence and cohesion are good but could be improved with better transitions.

Dear Tommy,
I have not heard anything about you since you moved to the UK last year. How are things going in your life?
I recently moved into a new house. My house has a dining room, a sitting room, two bedrooms, one kitchen, and a toilet. I prefer the dining room because it is spacious and comfortable. There is a modern square table constructed of steel and glass, where we may congregate and share our joy. An exquisite chandelier hangs right on top, grabbing the attention and elevating the space.
However, I usually stay in my bedroom, which has a comfortable single bed and a
work table
with a bookcase. I can play computer games and listen to music there.
My new house is in Wanchai. My family and I moved there since it is close to the centre of Hong Kong Island. There are several businesses around where I can buy stuff at any moment.
However, because it is an urban location, the noise is
somewhat
unpleasant. I can't concentrate unless I close all the windows. Anyway, it's tough to create something flawless. Every action has advantages and disadvantages, right?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards.
Samson
