The unresponsive touchscreen causes frustration and wastes time, while the subpar camera quality forces me to carry an additional device for backup photography.Given the severity of these issues, I kindly request that your store takes immediate action. I would

if you could either replace the faulty device with a new, fully functional TechPro X2000 that meets the advertised
