Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the horrible situation I have been faced with recently.
I am a resident in your property, I
had
been enjoying my life since I moved here 5 months ago. However, I am surprised by the unexpected inflation in my rent. Because, before I joined this community, the property manager made a promise to me that there will not be any increase on the monthly rent until the end of my first year contract.Although the residents in this community are all kind and helpful, the common properties are much below my expectation. The gym equipment is too less to allow more than two people to work out together. In addition, the swim pool has been broken since I have moved into this building; therefore, I do not think this raising is reasonable compared to this negative management.
I understand that, as the owner of the land, you have the right to change the rental price. Nevertheless, I know there are tons of requirements your managers need to deal with daily.Hence, if you can let your management group spend some time maintaining the sharing activity rooms and show the progress. I will be more than
satisified
