Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my worry about my

which was lost during the meeting on March 18th.My
phone
was Samsung S24+ with a large remote charger on my phone
case. In addition, there is a privacy screen protector with a laughing emoji which was sticked
near the front camera on it.I believe the
phone
was lost when I was leaving the meeting room because I was using the phone
to record the speech by our CEO about our new products. There were too much attendents
in the walk way, as a result my phone
might fall off while i
was walking in the crowed.After I found my
phone
are
lost, I used the phone
tracking app on my laptop, but it shows the phone
is at
the front deck in your conference center
. I think someone found it and give it to your employee
