Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my worry about my
phone
, which was lost during the meeting on March 18th.
The model was Samsung S24+ with a large remote charger on my
phone
case. In addition, there is a privacy screen protector with a laughing emoji which was
sticked
near the front camera on it.
I believe my cellphone was lost when I was leaving the meeting room because I was using
it's
camera to record the speech by our CEO about our new products. There were too much
attendents
in the walk way, as a result my

might fall off while

was walking in the crowed.
After I found my

lost, I used the tracking app on my laptop,
luckly

. I think someone found it and gave it to your employee, then he put it
