Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the

ship

that I booked with your agency did not follow the advertised

itinery

I booked the

for

my self

to go from Melbourne to Syndney and to Tasmania as the final destination.I booked the

ship

on 12th March 2025, 3 days

prior to

the scheduled leaving date from Melbourne. The above mention itinerary was the exact itinerary that was advertised. However, the

ship

end up going from Melbourne straight to Tasmania.

My plan was to go from Melbourne to Brisbane and see my cousin to discuss regarding an important

bussiness

deal. And to sign a contract with client. As the

ship

didnt

follow the original route, I missed a very important

bussiness

deal. Which unfortunately we could not

re arrange

the meeting with client

till

next May.

Considering the hardship I faced because of the uninformed changes to the

ship

itinerary. I would need a partial refund of my payment. Or a 50% discount for my next trip. I hope you consider my reasonable request.
