I am writing to you to express my anger and sorrow about an
incidince
that had happened last week in Greece.I had booked a guided tour to
greece
from 25th of November till
12th of December throuh
your company.As soon i
arrived to
Greece
things went south. The tour guide
named Adam, was drunk and asked for my phone number, at first i
did not think much of it, but later the situation escilated
and
he invited me to his room. this
behaviour is totally unacceptable by
me and gives a bad impression about
your company.Unfortianatily
those
insidence
had drastically affected my tour, i
was depressed all the time, i
was also scared and thought of filling a complain
to the police. but
a friend of mine convinced me to write to you to adress
the issue insted
.I
sussgest
that you fire
this employee immediately, and give a thorugh
inspection of your employees before accepting them to represent your company.looking forward
