Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently hired a cleaning service from your company,and it was not what I expected.
When the cleaning lady came to my
apartment
,she seemed really angry and annoyed of everything I said to her,she
wouldn't
even let finish my propositions
!.
I
didn't
think much of it at the time,so I left for my job at the
departament
store.When I came home I was shocked at what I saw:dirty towels everywhere,the bathroom was flooded,some of the walls from my bedroom
where
spilled with what seemed to be soda,food missing from my fridge,I could go on for hours
!.
As you may know your cleaning service is one of the most expensive in our town,so I expected a lot more for your service.Not to mention that the repairs for the entire house
was
a lot more expensive.As you know I work at a
departament
store so it really impacted my financial life,I had to borrow money from friends,family,I
couldn't
pay my rent.So it was quite a nightmare for me.
At last,I want some sort of compensation for the
damages
that you've
done to my apartament
and my life.Michael.
