Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am a guest at your resort and I have booked an all-inclusive stay. I am writing this letter to you because many of the advertised amenities were unavailable during my stay.

Amenities such as bar soap,

toothbrushes as well as toothpaste

were unavailable. This affected my holiday as I did not pack bar soap, toothbrush, nor toothpaste with me. And it has become a hassle to me as I had to go out and purchase it. The fact that there were no stores nearby made it more inconvenient than it

already had been

So I would like to request a compensation for the inconvenience of my stay. I hope the management of the resort would look into my case and kindly resolve it with me. Thank you for reading this
